Vegetarian athletes
There is a debate that diet is best for sports. Some advocate a diet high in protein (such as paleodiet), some by a diet low in fat and have to follow a vegetarian or even vegan (does not include any food of animal origin, no milk or eggs).
Not intend to discuss which is better or worse to get better athletic performance. But what is certain is that there are many who doubt that a vegetarian diet can be reached to achieve a high level in sport. To demonstrate that it can become a great athlete, even at the highest level, I will list the best professional athletes Vegetarians

Zone Diet Review: The Soy Zone
A lot of people know that the Zone diet is one of the most famous dietary programs and that even Hollywood celebrities are using it. Because of the dietary program’s popularity, which is also supported by many zone diet reviews, the founder of Zone diet developed other inclusions and one of these is the Soy Zone. Based on its name, the Soy Zone has the same principle of 40% carbohydrates, 30% protein and 30% fats but with the insertion of soy, which is a good source of natural protein. It is also an excellent source of vitamins and fibers and has zero saturated fats.
A ZONE DIET REVIEW: WHY CELEBRITIES LOVE IT
Many people going on the Zone Diet swear by its effectiveness in getting them to lose weight. This weight loss program, very popular among celebrities like Jennifer Aniston and Tiger Woods, encourages the consumption of the better kind of carbohydrates, especially the ones contained in fruits and vegetables. While it does not entirely prohibit eating any kind of food, it suggests avoiding some kinds of carbs like grains, starches and pastas. There is one zone diet review that sings its praises for being helpful in taking the extra weight off. There is also another that claims that it’s an expensive weight loss program owing to the fact that the dieter usually has to order food so as to avoid counting calories all the time.
