My Wedding Day

Call me a foolish romantic, but ever since I was a young girl I have fantasized about a perfect wedding day. I know in this day and age many marriages are doomed to failure but we all have to have a dream. They all seemed to be booked up over the summer months and as our wedding was in July, I counted my blessings when I finally found one. My special day turned out to be better than I could ever have imagined, and I have many photos to remember that day for many years to come.

Most people affiliate Pattaya with the coarser side of Thai holidays – yes, I think you understand the type of night life I am referring to here. Nonetheless, there’s a lot to get up to in and around Pattaya that is family-friendly and truly gratifying for anyone of any age. You can take day trips from Pattaya to the sleepy fising town of Si Racha, or Sattahip. Maybe you want to play a bit of golf at the many courses up and down the coast. For a place to stay I recommend any of the Jomtien beach resorts on the southern part of Pattaya – there are lovely beaches there and it’s a lot more family-orientated as well.
